Support Services

Isatec Ltd has earned a first class reputation for professionalism and service. Our aim is to support our customers, not only through the purchasing and installation processes but also by providing after sales care in terms of training, maintenance contracts and calibration services.

If you know exactly which product you require you are welcome to use our online shop. A quick phone call to us will answer any queries you may have before placing your order.

If your application is for a more complex IceSpy system, we will be happy to discuss it over the phone or, preferably, during a site visit before producing a full proposal document. Before a final quotation is given, we would perform a site survey where radio signals can be checked for strength and the number of Base and Repeater units finalised.

Installation and Training

Isatec Ltd. provide full installation services for IceSpy systems. As part of the installation, we will ensure the system is functioning correctly and configured for your purposes. We will also provide you with initial training on setting up, using and managing the system. The cost quoted is based on training taking place in the same visit as the installation. If a subsequent visit is necessary to conduct customer training, this will be separately chargeable. We require a member of staff to be available to support our engineer during installation.

Maintenance Contracts

All of our products come with a one-year warranty.IceSpy technical support team can provide telephone and remote login support during office hours. If required, we can also arrange site visits by an experienced engineer.For future peace of mind, there are three levels of annual contract available for support: 

• Remote Assistance Service
• Extended Warranty Service
• On-site Maintenance Service

Calibration and Certification

Isatec Ltd can offer UKAS accredited certification and calibration services for all of our temperature and humidity logging products, and on-site certification through authorised partners. IceSpy offer in-house temperature certification traceable to national standards. Details of this service can be found in the attached document, “IceSpy Certification”.

Temperature Mapping

Isatec Ltd, through it’s authorised partners, can offer temperature mapping and profiling surveys in product storage areas and warehouses. This can be of particular importance in the pharmaceutical industry where temperature management is crucial and where it is often a requirement of a control agency audit that a temperature mapping survey is carried out on a regular basis.
