SUPPORT SERVICES

Isatec Ltd has earned a first class reputation for professionalism and service. Our aim is to support our customers, not only through the purchasing and installation processes but also by providing after sales care in terms of training and support.

If you have an application that requires fast accurate moisture measurement, we will be happy to discuss your requirements over the phone or, preferably, during a site visit. We will often take product samples at this stage so that we can select the most suitable sensor for your product. After the product test a brief report is made with a proposal that is discussed with you the customer before final quotation or on-site trial.

Installation and Training

Isatec Ltd. provide full installation services for TEWS Elektronik systems. As part of the installation, we will ensure the system is functioning correctly and configured for your purposes. We will also provide you with initial training on setting up, using and managing the system. The cost quoted is based on training taking place in the same visit as the installation. If a subsequent visit is necessary to conduct customer training, this will be separately chargeable. We require a member of staff to be available to support our engineer during installation.

Maintenance

All of the TEWS Elektronik products come with a two-year warranty, HF Sensor products come with a one-year warranty. Isatec Ltd technical support team can provide telephone and email support during office hours. If required, we can also arrange site visits by an experienced engineer.

Spare Parts and Repairs

Isatec Ltd can support older generation TEWS Elektronik MW3000 series and repair HF Sensor MOIST systems. Please contact us with your specific requirement.
