Temperature Monitoring: Support

Isatec has a first class reputation for customer service and support. We are happy to assist you with any problems you may have with your environmental monitoring systems, and through our partner networks can usually find a way to help you.

Existing Customers

Isatec offers a full support service to its customers, across multiple industries. Our staff are able to support you via telephone, email, and via remote PC connections where possible. This means we can rectify most problems quickly and simply. Alternatively, Isatec can arrange an on site to visit to take care of any problems that cannot be rectified remotely.

Support for IceSpy or other systems can be covered by a maintainance contract tailored to your requirements.

New Customers

Support for new customers begins with a survey visit to ensure we are specifying the correct system to meet your specific needs. After installation, we will re-visit to ensure there are no outstanding configuration issues or training requirements.

To ensure your system continues to operate efficiently we advise our customers to enter into a support contract.

Older Systems

We often find that previously installed systems have fallen into disuse due to poor maintainance or a lack of support from the original suppliers. Isatec can recommission these systems, irrespective of their origin and offer maintainance and support to extend their useful life.

Our Engineers

Installation, support and maintenance services are performed by our experienced engineers, who are fully up to date with Health & Safety Regulations, including ladder safety and first aid training. Each engineer is also a registered CSCS card holder enabling them to work on new construction projects. We believe in maintaining high quality standards and are happy to provide proof of qualifications if required.
