We provide in-house and an onsite calibration service for all our products to ensure that you meet your regulatory requirements. We can also provide certification to meet GDP, MHRA, BRC or SALSA standards if required.

Full service support
As well as meeting your quality and regulatory requirements, our support includes on-site and ‘return to base’ calibration and adjustment services for temperature and humidity instruments.
Isatec engineers recommend annual re-calibration and adjustments (where appropriate), either via our return to base service or our on-site calibration service.
If you require other parameters or calibration for special equipment please ask. as we have a network of calibration partners who can provide solutions.
Isatec Ltd have worked with us since January 2019 when they carried out validation mapping of our new warehouse in King’s Norton, Birmingham. We have used them ever since as our preferred supplier for mapping the warehouse, individual TCU’s and our vehicle fleet. They provide us with a complete mapping service including provision of bespoke protocols, the supply installation and removal of the calibrated loggers and a detailed report and recommendations. Isatec Ltd have helped us better understand the thermal performance of our storage spaces in order to comply with MHRA GDP requirements and we would not hesitate to recommend them to other companies.
