Gareco-Garvens Checkweigher

The Isatec OPC Server is designed to allow the integration of the Garvens S2 Checkweigher into process, validation, visualisation or other control systems. The bi-directional capability of the software allows data to be transmitted to and from the device enabling the S2 checkweigher to communicate remotely and automatically.

The Isatec OPC Server is designed to work with the latest Gareco protocol version v01.09 as well as older versions due to the backward compatibility of Garvens firmware.

A 30-day free software download is available upon request and, after a successful trial, a product key can be bought in 1, 5 or 10 device licences.

Laetus Argus 6012

Isatec have developed an OPC Server for the Laetus ARGUS 6012 Operating Terminal for packaging materials control. The ARGUS 6012 is the internationally recognised standard for maximum security control on all types of pharmaceutical packaging lines.

The Isatec OPC Server is designed to allow the integration of the ARGUS 6012 into process, validation, visualisation or other control systems. The bi-direction capability of the software allows data to be transmitted to and from the device enabling the ARGUS 6012 to communicate remotely and automatically.

This is particularly useful as the ARGUS 6012 can be used with up to five sensors for barcode control and two sensors for presence detection which gives a comprehensive solution for multiple inspection tasks on a wide range of products.

As an example, in an inspection system the batch information and barcode would be written to the device at the start of the batch to automatically set the scanners to detect the desired barcode. Whilst in the production run the reject, product data and visualisation can be read automatically through polling of the device and stored as required.

The Isatec OPC Server is designed to work with the Laetus Interface protocol up to version 3.0. A 30-day free software download is available upon request and after a successful trial a product key can be bought in 1, 5 or 10 device licences.

Domino A300 Series Printer

Isatec have developed an OPC Server for the Domino A300 Series printer. The software is provided with documentation for immediate use and there is a 30 day demo version available upon request.
