The FENIX control system has successfully evolved over 15 years to meet increasing quality demands of the international market place, always incorporating leading edge technology.

Two versions of the LIBRA sensor are available. The V6 is used for cigarettes and cigars up to 9mm diameter and the V& for larger cigars up to 14.5mm diameter. The FENIX-LIBRA is the only system designed for on-line measurement of larger diameter cigars.

Calibration of the LIBRA sensor and visualisation of the system parameters has been integrated into the FENIX software, allowing automatic sensor recalibration at brand change.

Real-Time information at your fingertips

A touch screen and user friendly software package provides production and quality information to factory personnel. Real-time trends of key information such as sta null ndard deviation, moisture amd reject levels are available, as well as time based graphs of production and downtime.

Key sensor information, including alarms, can be seen by the machineoperator on the same screen as the production and quality information.

All of the information in the FENIX system can be transfered directly to factory data collection systems using standard networking techniques.
