External Probes

Three types of external probe are available for use with the Trex-8.

ST100H is a handled probe incorporating a 70mm long shaped over moulded handle with a 105mm long, 5mm OD 316 stainless probe. All materials at probe end of cable are FDA food rated including the cable. Available with either a 1.5m or 3.0m cable terminated to a MCX connector for plugging into the Trex-8.

ST100T incorporating a 140mm exposed length of 5mm OD stainless probe without a handle but with a small over mould to improve resistance to moisture and provide cable strain relief. All materials at probe end of cable are FDA food rated including the cable. Available with either a 1.5m or 3.0m cable terminated to a MCX connector for plugging into the Trex-8.

ST100B is a bare sensor without a stainless sheath ready for fitting to a custom probe assembly. This probe is not rated for food contact or environmentally rated Available with either a 1.5m or 3.0m cable terminated to a MCX connector for plugging into the Trex-8.
