  • First of all I apologies that you did not receive your LogTag on time.

    I have been investigating this issue for you, we currently use the post office's Special Delivery Service as stated in our delivery policy which we have always found to be excellent and accurate for our business. I have spoken to them this morning regarding this issue and they have told me that your business has what is know as a 'Saturday Retention' which means it holds all of the Saturday deliveries until Monday. We were unaware of this arrangement and could of made alternative arrangements had we known.

  • Yes it is possible to update to IceSpy System5 using your existing sensors and a hybrid Base unit. Let me know what components you have in your sysytem and I can provide details/prices etc.
