Non-Destructive Moisture Measurement:
In comparison with conventional processes for moisture measurement in construction materials and buildings, the microwave method offers numerous advantages to the user of Moist equipment: This non-destructive method enables volume measurements not just at the surface, but also at penetration depths of up to 80 cm. In particular, measurement in the volume represents a substantial simplification of building diagnostics, since over half of all moisture damage does not originate on the surface but are merely visible there!

With the help of microwave screen measurement, the different manifestations of dampness such as e.g. condensation, residual dampness, rising damp, nests of damp or leakages give very different and thus typical results, as shown in the examples on the right.
