Temperature Monitoring: Support
Isatec has a first class reputation for customer service and support. We are happy to assist you with any problems you may have with your environmental monitoring systems, and through our partner networks can usually find a way to help you.
Existing Customers
Isatec offers a full support service to its customers, across multiple industries. Our staff are able to support you via telephone, email, and via remote PC connections where possible. This means we can have most problems rectified quickly and simply. For our complete systems, Isatec can arrange to be on site to take a look at any problems that cannot be rectified remotely.
Support for IceSpy or Wireless Monitoring systems usually falls under a support contract, which can be taken out with Isatec.
New Customers
With wireless monitoring systems, it is best for our engineers to get to know your site, your users, and your specific needs. For this reason, we visit our new customers at least once shortly after installation, for training and the quick resolution of any outstanding configuration. After this, we advise our customers to enter a support contract with us, so that we can continue to provide servicing, calibration and support to your site, on an ongoing basis.
Unsupported Systems (RL System etc)
Systems such as RL System and IceSpy System5, are often installed and then not properly maintained. Isatec offers servicing, parts, and support for users of these systems, which can extend the life of your wireless monitoring considerably.
If you have an IceSpy System5 or RL System installed by somebody else, but would like to take advantage of Isatec's customer service and support, please get in touch. Many have, and now are provided with Isatec expertise.
Our Engineers
Our installation, support and maintainance is all performed by trained engineers. Each member of our team is routinely kept up to date with Health & Safety, Ladder Association qualifications, first aid training and fire awareness. Our on site staff are all accredited CSCS members as H&S tested, Environmental Monitoring Systems Installers. We believe in maintaining high quality standards, and are happy to provide proof of qualifications on site.
