1. UK Delivery
1.1. Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. Delivery to 99% of UK postcodes is guaranteed next working day before 1.00 pm (including Northern Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey). Some places take longer to deliver to, but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm
1.2. If you are out when delivery is attempted then Royal Mail will leave a card stating the time and date they attempted delivery and details as to the current location, which is normally the local main post office. Your parcel will be held for seven days at the local post office and will then be returned to Isatec Ltd.
2. International Delivery
2.1. Goods dispatched for delivery to Europe*, World Zone 1*, and World Zone 2* are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure Service. Airsure is the safest, fastest and most reliable service for sending important mail to Europe, America and New Zealand. It has priority handling, and is tracked. Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for delivery depending on the country of destination.
*Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
*World Zone one: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and USA.
*World Zone two: New Zealand
2.2. Goods for delivery to countries not included in the above lists will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For service. All items are tracked until they leave the UK – and in some cases on arrival in the destination country as a registered item.
